We had a good stay at this hotel. The chalet bungalow was super private and comfortable. The balcony provided uninterrupted views over the valley, and the setting was wonderfully relaxing. We loved how close this hotel was to nature, as it managed to maintain its natural surroundings without destroying them for infrastructure. the hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed the BBQ and tandoori dishes. The hospitality staff provided excellent service, made us feel right at home.
Nothing negative to say.

Nice scenery, quiet location with a view of the hills, and friendly staff. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the AC worked well. the hotel is just a short walk from a shopping mall and some good restaurants. the WiFi was free and fast.
A lot of the staff was not very friendly, and some were downright rude. We had some trouble with the key card working properly, and even after several attempts, the staff didn't seem to understand what the problem was.

Nature-lovers will surely appreciate this hidden gem nestled among pine trees with uninterrupted valley views. the rooms are comfortable with large bathrooms and balconies for a rejuvenating cup of tea. the food is appetizing, and the hospitality staff is welcoming and attentive. the fun activities offered on-site are a plus for some adventure.
The location is remote and difficult to find without proper signage, and car parking is not on the premises.

Beautiful views and relaxing environment. Great food and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable with large bathrooms. The location was remote, but offered a peaceful getaway from the city.
Difficult to find and limited parking options. Inconvenient transportation to the hotel with steep inclines.
